A Journey of Excellence and Impact

Combining his passions for sports, understanding the human brain, and helping others, Iain Highfield has carved a unique path as a sports psychologist and high-performance expert. With a background that includes representing his state in four sports during high school, studying economics and securing a minor in sports psychology while achieving collegiate-level accolades in rugby and golf, Iain's multifaceted journey is marked by a passion for what he does and relentless pursuit for learning.

In 2009, Iain targeted a critical gap in golf coaching, recognizing the need for a holistic approach that included psychological resilience and effective practice. His innovative methods have since transformed numerous athletes into not only superior competitors but also more fulfilled individuals. This success led Iain to tackle broader challenges beyond sports, identifying a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction and disengagement among business professionals and their work. His response? Pursuing a master’s in Organizational Behavior at Harvard and founding HP2 Consulting to revolutionize workplace engagement, productivity and employee happiness and wellbeing.
